Professional experience
My work has included:
Forensic inpatient settings working with complex mental health difficulties
Addiction services in both NHS and private sectors
Palliative care and Bereavement
Community and primary care settings
Private practise, offering longer-term psychotherapy
Before training as a therapist, I worked in law and business, which informs my understanding of professional and workplace pressures.
How I practice
I work to the ethical standards of the BACP and maintain:
Regular clinical supervision
Ongoing professional development
A reflective approach to my work
This ensures that the therapy I offer is safe, considered, and up to date.
